Problems with Vsphere, working server stopped recognizing network cards after rebooting

I installed the Vsphere 6.0 trial in a HP Proliant ML310e Gen8 v2 server, I downloaded the installation CD from HP. I had this host server running with 2 virtual servers inside for more than 10 days until monday. I was running the vCenter Converter Standalone to virtualize a Windows XP computer. There was an error before starting the job, so I decided to reboot the host server, I downloaded the 2 virtual servers first. To my surprise, after booting again now I have an error message that says: "No compatible network adapter found..." I have tried to upgrade using the installation CD to fix the problem, but no luck. It says that the upgrade was successfull but I got the same error message.

ANY IDEAS???

I repeat, the host server was running for more than 10 days without any problems.

VMWare was supposed to be number 1 virtualize software, but I doubt it very much after what just happened to me.

I am consedeing to try Citrix instead if I have no clues how to solve this problem until friday.
