I've read what I can find about installing the HP StoreVirtual VSA and nothing comes up which helps me understand how I should network them in a vSwitch so they are available to host VMs, I know their pNICs on the hosts should be connected to their own VLAN on the switch.
My main experience is with a physical SAN which is on its own vSwitch and this vSwitch's pNICs are connected to a VLAN within the physical switch.
The physical SAN has two "backend vKernel" ports and two "backend Management" ports connected to the vSwitch, corresponding to the host's pNICs on the vSwitch...
Another vSwitch contains all the production VMs.
Yet another vSwitch contains a management port and vKernel ports on the LAN for each host.
I can provide a diagram if that would help.
Could anyone shed light on how the StoreVirtual VSA should be networked within the ESXi host's networking vis-a-vis vSwitch??

The two servers involved have six (6) pNICs each.
