Vmotion Teaming Best Practice

Dear team,

I have created one new vSwitch1 and added two physical nic on vSwitch1.

then I have created two vmknic1 and vmknic2 and enabled vMotion on the vSwitch1.

Just want to confirm , below nic teaming is right or not, need ur assistance on the same.

vSwitch1 (VMnic1 & VMNic2 set as Active)

vmknic1 (vmnic1 => active, vmnic2 => standby)

vmnic2 (vmnic2 => Active, vmnic1 => Standby)
