We have a requirement, where we have to change the VMnic from E1000 to VMXNET3. But, the customer VM has their application binded to the Mac. Can we remove the E1000 and add new nic(VMXNET3) and still use the same Mac address(by keeping nic Mac type manual and coping the same MAC address)?
