vSphere and iSCSI QNAP connections error

Hi all,

I've a big problem with my vSphere free license and  ISCSI connection:

vSphere A --> iSCSI connection to QNAP (network card 3) with cross-cable and IP 169.254.100.103

vSphere B --> iSCSI connection to QNAP (network card 4) with cross-cable and IP 169.254.100.104

On QNAP both network cards have the protocol iSCSI enabled and the vSphere A its connected to QNAP store (network card 3)

If I connect the vSphere B to QNAP with network card 4, vSphere A lost the QNAP store and log this:

"Device or filesystem with identifier naa.6e843b6fd3840d2d1276d4263dae13dd has entered the
All Paths Down Timeout state after being in the All Paths Down state for 140 seconds. I/Os will
now be fast failed.
warning"

"esx1

iSCSI discovery to 169.254.100.103 on vmhba37 failed. The iSCSI Initiator could not establish a
network connection to the discovery address.
error"

Someone has an idea why it happens?

Thanks
