Best Design for 6 x 1Gb virtual NICs and 3 Port Groups

I need to create a design that accomodates 3 port groups with traffic on 6 NICs.  These are half-height blades with 2 NICs on board and 4 NICs on a mezzanine card.

Here are the traffic types I need to split up among the NICs.  Each has its own port group:

-Vmotion Traffic

-Management Traffic

-Production virtual machine traffic

For reduncancy - one factor is that the Mez card has 4 NICs so all of those are lost if the Mezzanine card.

What is the best design for this scenario in terms of what traffic should be split among which NICs?
