Hi,
I'm at a client's site and they are considering using the 1000v for their DVS's - I'm just concerned about the supportability once we hand this over to the vmware support guys. My question really is should we use the 1000v?
I'm thinking about future things like if they need to rebuild/change the vCenter server - that's not so easy with the 1000v involved. There's just more to go wrong and I'm wondering if the extra functionality is worth it.
Any thoughts, experiences with the 1000v (not the hardware 1010 but the VSM)
